RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If a received gift is not in the condition as described on our website or in a quotation to you, Three Boxes will be happy to replace and/or refund upon inspection of the gift/product.
CANCELLATION POLICY
It is at the discretion of Three Boxes’ to accept cancellation of orders. If the gift/product has already been packaged, then we are unable to cancel as labour costs have been incurred. If however, the order has not been organised, we will allow for cancellation.
